Payment at destination policy:
If your credit card was declined, please contact us at email@example.com so you can book your excursion without any problems. If you still can´t do your payment that way, don´t worry, you will be able to book your excursion and pay by cash at your arrival.
All cruise passengers and crew members must present their cruise ship ID, a valid photo ID and printed confirmation of their purchase at the entrance of the park to validate their tickets.
Refunds and cancellation policy
The following cancellation policy applies to all our tours, attractions, services, and transportation.* Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the contracted service = 100% refund.
* Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior the contracted service = 50% refund.
* Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior the contracted service = not eligible for a refund.
* No Show = No Refund.
