Our theme park is in Mahahual, a beautiful fishing village in the Riviera Maya. It is 350 km away from Cancún and 100 km away from the Belize frontier.
The park is just a 5-minute walk from Costa Maya Port, it is perfect if you want to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Mahahual. You can also take our transportation service from (and to) the Port.
The park opens at 8:00 AM and closes at 5:00 PM from Monday to Saturday. This may vary according to our cruise ship explorers' schedule.
Everybody can visit Mayá!
Your ticket includes free access to our 9 water slides, 2 zipline circuits, 1 jungle zip coaster, a lazy river, children's' area, relaxing pools, restrooms, and parking space.
Food, drinks, and the use of lockers are not included.
Mayá is for all ages! However, we have a couple of restrictions on some of our attractions. For the ziplines,the harness has to fit every explorer perfectly. The minimum age to fly alone is 14 years. A minimum height of 4 ft is required to enjoy our water slides.
Yes! The Monkey’s Island is an attraction with mini water slides and tons of fun.

Yes! The Mayan Sacrifice is an awesome jump to prove your loyalty to the Mayan Gods. This activity has an extra charge.
We recommend bringing cash for our additional amenities.
