Payment at destination policy:

If your credit card was declined, please contact us at so you can book your excursion without any problems. If you still can´t do your payment that way, don´t worry you will be able to book your excursion and pay by cash at your arrival.

All cruise passengers must present their cruise ship ID, a valid photo ID and printed confirmation of their purchase at the entrance of the park to validate the tickets.

Refunds and cancellation policy

The following cancellation policy applies for all our tours, attractions, services and transportation.* Cancellations made 48 hours prior the contracted service = 100% refund.
* Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior the contracted service = 50% refund.
* Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior the contracted service = not elegible for refund.
* No Show = No Refund.

  • We cannot issue a cancellation/refund for the following reasons:
    Inclement weather.
    Mistakes made by the buyer at the time of purchasing.
    For passengers arriving by cruise ship, no refund will be made in case of their ship
